How do I get myself test for lactose intolerant. I feel hazy and bloated after any dairy intake. Please recommend a diagnostic centre

The best guide is your SYMPTOMS. Usually tests are not needed. But if still needed, hydrogen breath test and glucose test for lactose intolerance are done.
