Laproscopy when AMH is low
Hi . I have a chocolate cyst identified and the AmH level is 1 . Should i go for laproscopy first or any treatment ?

You should proceed with treatment as AMH will further fall with any surgery done on ovary and also size of cyst doesn’t warrant surgery

Amh levels are poor Laparoscopy  is not required at this size of the cyst You should proceed with treatment

Treatment shouldn't in my opinion be directed by a scan, but rather than your complaints or what problems you are facing. If conception is the problem you can go ahead with a laparoscopy. If severe pain during menses alternative treatments can help surgery not always necessary
