LASIK eligibility and risk of ectasia
I have high myopia (RE -10.50/-0.5*165; LE -10.25/-0.5*10) with corneal thickness (RE - 597 & LE - 598). My Kmax is 45.3 in RE & 44.6 in LE. I am considering Contoura Vision for correction. Thickness post LASIK would be around 350 um, I want to ask if there are chances of developing post LASIK ectasia.

I would not opt for LASIK in your case. Explore other options. Too much close to the risk line.
