Lasting lower back pain
I have lower back pain for 3 weeks now. Its not continuous but pains intermittently. The pain is mediocre to quite painful at times. There was not physical injury.

Hello, ADVISE X RAY LUMBOSACRAL REGION AP AND LAT VIEW DIGITAL. Physiotherapy is very beneficial. Locally apply hot water bag or gel bag two three times a day. Locally apply rhuma oil,order ortho oil with light masage.tab tramadol plus two times a day after food for seven to ten daysor as required. Consult an ORTHOPEDICIAN.ok.
