Late periods

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I am 20 days late for my periods . Does ESR , CBC and hb count test detect pregnancy in any case . I have no time to take UPT please tell me does these tests anyway determine about pregnancy . This irregularity happened before also, but this time i am not sure whether it is irregular or pregnancy.
