Laziness and reduced appetite

I m facing the issue of laziness and reduced appetite for more than 10 days now. I feel like burping and urge to take a deep breath. I have been taking creon25000 for pancreatitis but never had this issue earlier. Taking pantocid 40mg since two days . Plz suggest. Thanx

Your symptoms are because of chronic pancreatitis. Kindly review the enzyme levels and also burping is secondary to gas formation and indigestion.
