Hi, I can understand what you must be going through. You seem to be suffering from depressive symptoms. Feeling lethargic and not wanting to work are important symptoms of depression. Since you are already taking treatment from a psychiatrist, a change in your anti depressants might help. Also necessary tests to rule out any medical disorder is important.
Next Steps
Talk to your psychiatrist about trying some other anti depressant. Also consider psychotherapy as a treatment option. Get investigated for thyroid profile and vitamin B12 levels.
Health Tips
Start exercising daily. Be regular on your anti depressant medications. Be patient
