It can't become your habit for a long time. It will disturb your day to day activities. Keep your imagination power intact to explore more about yourself and the world, but if it gets converted into a habit then it can lead to OCD. You can talk to the counseling psychologist and get your feelings and thoughts aligned. You need an expert psychologist.

Hi, Embracing fairy tales as an adult can be a wonderful way to nurture your imagination and reconnect with a sense of wonder and possibility. To make learning fairy tales a habit, you might consider integrating them into your daily routine in small, manageable ways. You could set aside time each day to read or listen to a fairy tale, perhaps before bed or during your lunch break. Engaging with fairy tales through various mediums such as books, audiobooks, podcasts, or even movies can keep things interesting and help maintain your interest. Additionally, joining a book club or online community focused on fairy tales could provide accountability and encouragement. Finally, allow yourself to approach fairy tales with a playful and open mindset, letting go of any self-judgment or preconceived notions about age-appropriateness. Remember, fairy tales have a timeless quality that transcends age, and by immersing yourself in their enchanting worlds, you can tap into your creativity and imagination in delightful ways.

Imagine a famous fairy tale like cindrella or similar stories. Is logic still striking you in childhood stories too? Perhaps you are left brained who can evaluate things only through logic. Logic works with our senses ... But fairy tales can be comprehended only with the 6th sense where the right brain gets activated. Start small like ugly duckling or Tom and Jerry. Watch them, don't judge the fairy tales, just enjoy without judging
Next Steps
read famous short stories aloud
Health Tips
you can write a story yourself , for example, an elephant flew searching for his friend ... build your own humorous story without questioning with logic, with the intent in mind.
