Dear sir Since one weeks I am suffering from left abdomen pain especially when I wake up in morning, I done Whole abdomen usg its report on that I have Grade-2 fatty liver changes, Pls do me suggest and one more Can cause pain of left side abdomen due to Fatty liver??

Fatty liver generally is asymptomatic or can cause mild right upper quadrant discomfort. It is very unlikely that it will cause pain in the left side of the abdomen. It more likely would be some other cause like Dyspepsia/Gastritis causing your symptoms
