Left abdominal pain
Hello,
I am having left side abdominal discomfort from 2 months I have done CT scan it shows 3mm kidney stones,
Does kidney stones pains?
And of not what pain it can be,
Because it's 2 months already,
I am currently obesity and losing weight.
Please suggest

You have 3 mm Left kidney stone which may not cause so much discomfort . You may develop pain only if the stone blocks the flow of ureter from the kidney . Yes, kidney stones can cause pain. However, it is difficult to determine if the pain is specifically due to the stones. Increasing your water intake and using urine alkalizers can help prevent the formation of stones.
