I got myself injured while playing football as I awkwardly stepped on a stone in the field. Got my ligament ruptured which is of Tier-II as seen in the xray. Can anyone suggest me any exercises and useful precautions to be taken?

Hi...., rest your ankle joint...stop the activity that caused the injury and rest the affected joint or muscle. Avoid activity for a week...
Immobilize your ankle and even knee joint...
Apply ice for atleast 2 days....As it will decrease the swelling....
Apply crepe bandage to the injured area to limit any swelling and movement that could damage it further.....Elevate the limb by using pillow under your ankle... The injury will heal quicker if you begin to move the joint as soon as you're able to do so without experiencing significant pain.....
