  3. Left arm hit and muscle lumpy. Tingling.

Left arm hit and muscle lumpy.
3 years ago I hit my left arm between my elbow and shoulder. It was bruise really bad now I still feel somewhat lump there. It not hard just lumpy. I've been stress out and now that arm goes numb and tingling.
