You seem to have conjunctivitis which can be viral or bacterial. You will most likely need to start antibiotic drops.

Kindly visit an ophthalmologist who can rule out other causes of red eye and start you on appropriate antibiotic drops.

Kindly refrain from rubbing/ touch your eye. Donot share your towels/ handkerchief with others. Keep your hands clean by washing with soap and water.
