Hi Doctor
My left eye lids pulsates quite often. At times it's the upper eye lid and at times lower, but always the left eye lid. It's been almost a month now. Though it's not creating any problems but just wandering what's the issue.
Background - I don't have any power issue and don't use spectacles. Work for an IT company so have more screen time.

The sudden pulsations is common sign of muscle tiredness or what we call myokymia, where the isolated muscle is over contracting. Just observe it, if it does not settle, please come and show us ( oculoplasty surgeon) to treat and break the cycle of isolated muscle contractions.
