I have a pain on the top left side of my left feet, right below the small toe. Felt slight pain after waking up few weeks back but did not persist. The pain has escalated this morning after waking up. It hurts when I press the bone on the left, below the small toe. Don't remember hurting myself.

Hi..
The pain what you have could be an inflammation of sesamoid bone....
It can be caused due to ill-fitting shoes..walking on uneven surface...accidently stepping in some blunt stabbing object like rock...etc
Don't worry...
Keep icing frequently...
Anti inflammatory medications...
Offloading will reduce the pain...
Hope this is helpful...
