Left foot upto below knee swollen
Left foot swollen for the past 4 days without any injury. Using  Pantace C2 tablets from 13.03.2020.

We may need few more inputs from you.. Is there swelling whole day or when you lie down Or when you ambulate..? Is there pain associated with swelling.? Any history of diabetes hypertensive thyroid kidney problem liver problem ..? In which situation is the swelling less Is there tingling numbness Is there a history of fever/other joint pains..?

if there's yes to the above answers then you may have to do few basic tests CBP ESR RBS S CREATININE TSH S URIC LFT

for the time being you can do ankle range of movements ice packs 2 pillows under leg for the limb elevation don't put much weight on the involved limb use a support of walking stick if its painful

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use a pillow under the feet. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel nc gupta me and my yoga). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. It’s difficult to give u opinion with discription Which part of the foot Take a photo of both foot and post Do youhave hypertension or sugar Are u on medication for any problem Unilateral foot swelling mainly of local cause Is there a pain or fever Rephrase the q please Thanks
