Left knee Joint movement
I am suffering frm left knee joint problem ...while walkiing i felt an uncomfortability with my left knee ..actually the movement is not smooth as per my age.i am 33 .there is something that block the frequent movement of my left knee..dont know how to deal with it

Locking mechanisms are caused by a variety of conditions.. May be due to meniscal tear, loose bodies etc.Better you consult an orthopaedic surgeon get examined and take necessary investigations.
