  4. Left knee pain and twitching. I rest.

Left knee pain and twitching
I have pain in my left knee. Also there is popping sound coming from my both knees. But today there is twitching under my left knee cap and mild discomfort. I also have pain in left leg while walking which is immediately relieved when I rest.

May be soft tissue injury, avoid strenuous activity but do strengthening
