Left knee pain
It is pain in left knee.. and a swelling is there over left side of patella.. which some times get more then the pain increases.. and walking become difficult... then after some time it decreases and walking become a little easier but not normal.It is for more than a month.. and such things happened first in September 2018...then it got more or less ok... and flared up in first week of January.. this year. Diagnosis:Degeneration... Osteoarthritis... Fluid is being deposited in swallowen portion... Advice:Stretch exercise, Traction, physiotherapy with quadricep stimulator and ultrasound. Xray and prescription encl. Photo of left knee is also given and adviced also to use knee brace as per photo...Thanks

Hello sir From your x ray it appears you r suffering from Knee arthritis and from the doctors notes appears you also have a deformity in coronal and sagittal planes restricting knee movements. Its better to get your knee replaced than relying on medications. Physiotherapy and meds will give you temporary relief to some extent but not complete. Get your knee examined from a joint replacement surgeon and if willing should undergo this rewarding surgery.
