Left knee pain with effusion
I’m sara 57 O/Y recently I falling Down on my left knee , I had pain with swelling , I did Xray that appear normaliy then I did MRI that shows : ACL fibers not fully visulized and wavy following edema and full thikness tear The collatetal and reticular intact IMPRESION: Proximal Tibial insuffecincy fracture with high grade ACL tear. So do I have go for surgery or physiotherpy is enough ! Thanks in Advance
