D pain starts after i get freshen up in morning.i always feel heaviness in stomach and kind of tightness

Undergo Usg abdomen & pelvis. And then Visit nearby Ayurveda physician with the reports, sure they will provide proper treatment.

take triphala churna one spoon before sleep with luke warm water. take meal on time. drink luke warm water. avoid curd peanuts bakery,frozen items.

The pain may be due to improper digestion. Avoid heavy food at night. Have food before 7.30 pm. Need to examin for better treatment. Till then it is suggested to take hingvastak churna 1/2 spoon before food with warm water.

According to Ayurveda this may due to improper digestion & motion. Take proper diet avoid spicy & outside food . Consult doc. For better clearing motion
