What is mean by follicle with internal echoesin left ovary ,why its coming ,this is afect to form baby ?

Follicle with internal echoes is usually a finding seen on scan after ovulation. Ovulation is required to get pregnant. If echoes are there in a developing follicle before ovulation it may suggest poor quality egg
