Left shoulder severe pain
I had left arm and shoulder pain so took cervical traction based on an orthopedic suggestion...now my left shoulder hurts a lot and the pain worsens after evening...i'm a s/w engineer so can avoid sitting infront of laptop...cant sleep peacefully in night and the worst part is i cannot do any quick position change while sleeping...shoulder pain worsens...right now i take lots of painkillers which is not a good remedy I know....bt cant live with this pain without taking them...sometimes i'll not even be able to lift my left arm...the pain is very severe ...please suggest a solution

Are you having pain from the neck region or shoulder region?
Do you have any numbness/tingling in your arms?
What medications are you taking right now?
Was there an xray taken to find out the actual problem?
