Left side chest and arm pain

Hi doctor, I am suffering left side cheat and arm pain since 4 months.. I have done my TMT and ECHO which are normal in results. Uploading one latest ecg.. please guide further to whome i have to consult.. thanks

Ecg is incomplete . But what ever is seen it’s normal . Plus if ur exho and tmt is normal cardiac cause for chest pain is ruled out . If it’s bothering u a lot consult an orthopedician as it seems to be musculoskeletal pain
