Hello. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. I will advice you to go for an E.C.G first of all and then have a 2 D Echocardiography of your heart. I'm totally agreed with the previous doctors opinion. If the ECG & Echocardiography are normal,  then you are suffering from,  acute Costochondritis which means inflammation of the muscles and assosiated rib cage of particular area. After the reports,  kindly come to practo chat for your treatment part. If possible,  you can have X- RAY Chest P/A View in case there is a hair line or any fracture,  God forbid. After the reports,  kindly come to practo chat for your treatment and counseling part. Regards. Bye.
