I feel pain in lEFT side .ECG done its ok.i have anxiety problem and thyroid problem my TSH is 6.45.is this the problem or any heart problem bcoz i get tired very fast and palpitations

Your ECG is normal Palpitations and fatiguability are due to your hypothyroidism
