  4. Left side light pain. Tired very fast.

I feel pain in lEFT side .ECG done its ok.i have anxiety problem and thyroid problem my TSH is 6.45.is this the 0problem or any heart problem bcoz i get tired very fast.

Your ECG is normal Palpitations and fatiguability are due to hypothyroidism Compounding the issue is your anxiety Consult a general Physician When your TSH normalizes go for a exercise stress Echo
