Complete history should be taken (regarding the pain) and proper examination should be done to find the cause or come to an diagnosis.. if the pain is acute, following heavy dairy food on the previous night., with no nausea, no vomiting, no diarrhoea., so probably it may be gastritis or gas problem .. if the pain persists do visit the doctor..
