Left side of neck,back,hand paining.
My mother's left side neck, back, hand is paining from last three days please suggest me something what precautions should be taken?

Hi... Can you please let me know if there is anything specific that caused this issue or it came up suddenly... I recommend her to apply ice on the painful area frequently.. Take good support of neck and back while sleeping... Maintain good posture... Avoid prolong bending of neck. Couple of stretches as she gets better with pain help her to avoid the issue altogether in future.. Let her do some basic neck and back stability exercises to help strengthening her neck and back... Kindly revert back in case you need any further clarification and help in this regard...
