Leg pain after leg twist while walking
While walking right little twisted.jnitially it didn't have pain, however after sometime it's paining a lot.little swollen. We used volini ointment as of now for pain relief.

The pain and swelling increased as you kept on walking or standing on the slightly twisted and non painful leg. As there was no pain to begin with the possibility of a fracture is almost nil. Take rest, avoid putting weight or walking beyond tolerance level. Do controlled loading.

This could be a ligament sprain. Can take Tab enzomac forte and Zerodol P twice daily for 5 days.
Next Steps
1.Do not walk over the injured foot. 2. keep elevated over pillow. 3. Ankle toe movements to be done. 4. Get x-rays done immediately. 5. review with x-rays. 6. Review with doctor for clinical examination. 7. Apply ice packs locally thrice daily for 5 days

What is the exact location of pain? Does it increase on climbing stairs?

Get an x ray done of the affected part. Don't massage or use local application. Rest and elevate your leg as much as you can. Avoid uneven surfaces.
