Leg pain from footwear
I had a left knee pain due to playing badminton for which I consulted an ayurveda physician. Since i have my both toes bent towards outsides, he suggested I wear footwear with spacers between toes and second finger along with arch support for both feet. But now after weeks I am having inner left leg pain from top of thigh till my ankle. Feel like nerve pain. Should I stop wearing the foot wear. I have no issue with my right leg. Or is the pain normal because of the footwear. I have been using the footwear since last month but started using them more frequently since a week.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You should get examined by a orthopedician in person regarding the arch type and all of your foot. I would suggest you take a lot of greens and fruits in your diet. Also take a cap. Absolut 3g once a day after food for 10 days. Kindly do not delay and consult a orthopedic surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
