Leg pains while taking vitamin d
Was having intermittent weakness in legs for a week after a day without sleep, doctor suggested to take vitamin d 60000 IU/week, after taking vitamin d for two week, legs started to have pain. Doctor had tests taken for vitamins: Vitamin d - 25.97 ng/ml Vitamin B12. - 264 pg/ml Magnesium - 2.3 mg/dl Calcium - 9.2mg/dl He said I was low in vitamin d and B12 and suggested taking vitamin d - 60000 IU/week for 6 weeks. Becosules Z - 1 every day fo r a month, shelcal 500 - 1 tab every alternate day. But pain isn't going away after a week , still feel kind of pain after sitting in a chair for more than 30 min. The pain is mostly in thigh and around knees. Should I supplement magnesium as well ? If yes what kind of magnesium supplement should I take
