hi , its dysmenorrhea ,low intensity pain is normal .
1) Do massage to legs , back & lower abdomen with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min.
2) 1 spoon castor oil with milk at bed time
3) Do stretching exercise specially hip & lower back like ardhachakrasan.
