Legs shake/tremble
My 3 months old legs tremble/shake often in lying position. Is it concerning? Weight gain is normal. We are giving him vitamin D drops.

Legs trembling , called jitteriness, is most of the time a normal finding, But may indicate low sugar levels, low calcium levels and other metabolic issues. It is better to have it checked to rule out major problems
Next Steps
Visit a clinic and check sugars, assess if proper feeding is being established/given, few blood tests including ionised calcium
