Lesion at back of the ear
He has a lesion back side of ear since childhood but today i saw that it has slightly increased in size . I want to know that what it is. Does it can cause any harm.

It looks like a wart. If it’s increasing it’s prudent to get it removed surgically and get it evaluated with histopathology
