Less ear wax
I have very low ear wax in my left ear along with pulsatile tinnitus which only happens on sleeping on left side. Also, I can feel something at the back of left side of nose. These symptoms have been for four months now.

You must first get your wax removed by an ENT surgeon.
Because yes wax can cause such problem.

Do not attempt to clean the wax yourself as it may cause infections or trauma. The tinnitus can be related to your nasal symptoms.
