Does sinusitis sinus cause lightheadedness ? I am feeling lightheadedness in right head and no pain in head. It also feels like light dizziness and like a hair stuck in my throat.
For which test should I go or there is some problem in brain ?? My blood report is also good.

Sinusitis sometimes does cause giddiness but rare.
Sometimes acidity due to medication can be causing too.
Are you able to maintain balance with eye closure ?
Lump or foreign body sensation in throat can be due to stress and apprehension, anxiety
