Looks like yr baby is having physiologic jaundice.most of the scenario it doesn't need any treatment . it's time for evaluation by a pediatrician.k

but wat u need to do is like ...if anytime u find yellow discoloration of palms and soles or u see deep jaundice

Yellowish eyes are expected in new borns. Get her bilirubin checked and consult your pediatrician if you see increased yellowness over chest,abdomen.
