Hello. The pain can be due to cavity in the tooth
You will require an x-ray of the tooth to know the extent of spread of caries. Depending on the spread, You will require restoration (filling) or Root canal treatment. Please do not delay the treatment, as delaying would further increase the spread of cavity and cause pain and trouble.
Kindly visit a dentist for definitive diagnosis and treatment

It's a carious tooth. X Ray will rule out the extent of cavity. If it's superficial then filling is required, if it's deeper then root canal may be required.
Medicine will give you temporary relief only.
It's better to consult doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Thanks
Consult a dentist offline for definite diagnosis with clinical examination and x-ray
Next Steps
Get the tooth treated ASAP, if the caries(decay) is treated early it will not progress, a simple filling(restoration) may get the job done.
So do the needful treatment at the earliest.
Black spot doesn't indicate extent of caries . What you see as a spot can be extended beneath . So better get examined by a dentist .Earlier is always better in dental treatment.
