I have had these little knots on the back of my neck on my cervical spine. It's not just 1 bump. It's like these little bumps that move around and crack. They don't hurt or anything. They aren't bumps either it feels like bubbles or just little knots.

Greetings, it is a trigger point, nothing to be worried. These bumps are due to stiff muscles which causes cracking sounds as well.
