Liver and kidney pain

Asked for Female, 44 Years

I am feeling so much pain left side of my chest and it's really tough for me to control it. Infact I am not able to breath properly. After consulting to some doctors in reports there is noted that my liver, kidney is enlarged so could anyone help me out of this.
