According to ct scan report he has advanced disease most likely starting from gall bladder and spreaded to lymph nodes and multiple places in liver.
Next Steps
Do usg/ct guided biopsy from liver lesion for confirmation
Health Tips
Advanced stage of disease and only chemotherapy will help to prolong his life

Yes, as per the reports he may be having gall bladder cancer spread to liver. He may benefit from chemotherapy. Please consult for further advise.
