  4. Liver function test. Any medication!

My LFT results are like this Total bilirubin 0.5 SGPT 74. Normal 50 SGOT 48 . Normal 50 Alkaline phosphate 56 Total protein 7.1 Albumin 4.1 Globulin 3.0 GGT 45 Pl advise me what I have to do to decrease SGPT. Is it serious . Can you suggest any medication
