Long periods on Nexplanon, in year 2
I have had the Nexplanon implant for a year and a half now. Periods during the first year were few and far between, and very light. Right around the 1 year mark, the frequency, length, and intensity of my periods have increased. I can't get an appointment to see my ob/gyn until January. Currently, I am in week 5 of my period. There are heavy days and light days. I have read that eating estrogen rich foods can help to regulate my period. Is this true?
