Longer periods than usual

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My usual periods date is 7-8th of every month.This time I took unwanted 72 on 5th and my periods started immediately within an hour, Its been 6 days I am bleeding heavily with normal pain and no other side effects, What's the cause, is it a sign of worry?

Unwanted 72 does not cause longer periods or heavier periods. Underlying health conditions that can cause long periods include uterine fibroids, endometrial (uterine) polyps, adenomyosis, or more rarely, a precancerous or cancerous lesion of the uterus.
