Looking for a good health supplement
Hello doctor My son is 3yr old ,His height is 93 cm & weight is 13kg . I'm planning to give him a good health supplement bcoz he's not eating properly , even everyday I'm introducing him  different types of food but still he takes only 2-3 bites. In childhood I was giving him homemade cerelac and dry fruit powder but now he  refuse to take any kind of liquid food either milk or juices. Plz suggest me Thanks in advance

Your son's height and weight are notmal. You can give him Syrup A to Z as a supplement. Give fresh home cooked food and fruits like banana, apple daily. Give jaggery for better digestion. Such appetite issues are common. Sooner or later this will improve.

Hi.. weight of your child is adequate as per age. You have mentioned that he is not eating well but is he eating outside food well? Health supplement are also have different contents and given based on that. I think your child is alright and don't worry
