I have to look up, when this thought come to my mind. When that thiught comes i do this, i have to look up and i have to do that 2 times, that is quick movement. And when i finish that, after es. 10 minutes i have to do this again and again. I don't have anxiety when i don't do that but i think that i have to do this, it is like some bad habit. What should i do?
