It's common for children of this age to have loose motions frequently,as they are on the habit of placing all objects in their mouths.
Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given.
Give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals acdayincluding curd and Banana in the diet.
