ORS in 1 litre/24 hours.
Drotin tablet for pain abdomen sos
Tab Sumocold (CETIRIZINE-5MG+PARACETAMOL- 500MG+PHENYLEPHRINE-10MG) SOS
Plenty of fluids
Avoid outside food for few days.
Next Steps
Supportive managment as explained.
May need antibiotic if loose stools persists for more tha 2 to 3 days or their is blood in stools or high grade fever.
