Newborn babies may pass frequent loose golden yellow stools with granules in it and is normal...no medicines required... Feeding from one breast at a time, and next time from the other breast with proper latching of the baby over areola of the breast would help baby getting fore milk and hind milk...with proper feeding technique the frequency of stools may reduce...
You can apply candid cream around butt area to reduce the rashes after every stool or urination...do not use wipes for cleaning...use warm water instead..
If the baby is on breast feeding and feeding well and passing urine normally then no need to worry.
But if baby is on bottle feeds then may require treatment so consult online for detailed history
Health Tips
Happy nap cream can be applied over diaper area three times daily
